I got some weird printing issues in our RDS 2012 R2 enviroment. We have a fram with four servers and it uses User profile disks.
Sometimes our users dont get some or any printers mapped to their session, this can be fixed by running a gpupdate /force and log off and in again. Sometimes all printers are mapped but the default printer arent set correctly, it may miss the green checkbox marking it as default printer(But if you right click i shows as default printer) or the default printer is not set at all. This can also be solved by gpupdate and log off and in.
We set printers with GPO, we have one that maps the printers, we use the update action and item level targeting. The default printer is set by another policy that also uses update and item level targeting, but only sets a printer to the default printer.
We have look at and installed alot of updates/hotfixes from microsoft but they do not seem to help.

We have installed all recommended updates from Microsofts WSUS.
If i run policy result i can see that the printing policy have been applied be we also get this error "Result: Failure (Error Code: 0x80070bc4)". I have not been able to find any usefull information about the error code online.
I have not been able to find any other errors or logs that can point me in the right direction.
If possible i would appreciate some pointers where i can continue troubleshooting and some insight to the error code we get in policy result.
