Cannot connect to the printer, error 0x0000007c

Dear All,

We've a print server called pl1i-psr01, it hosts printers for our offices across europe, it's Windows 2012 R2 server.
I'm able to add printers from all countries, except france, this confirms that there is no problem with drivers.
I've used new driver version for 32 and 64 bits.
I'm able to connect to a printer from french Win8.1_x32 client, but not from Win8.1_x64 client.
There's no firewall on client machine, also I've disabled the AV.
When I try to connect to a printer from Win8.1_x64 the process stops on "Looking for a driver" and I need to click "Install driver"
Once I click this button error is displayed "Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation failed with error 0x0000007c
I'm able to open this location from client machine \\server\print$\x64\PCC
I've checked the event log, but I do not see anything suspicious there, there's nothing in printservice\admin
There's nothing suspicious in c:\windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log
I've created pml file with procmon - https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B-chNhPnNtBkcThlb3p1c0Z6WEk
If you are willing to help please open this file with procmon and use the find feature "pl1i" "fr1i"
There is an entry with Operation: RegOpenKey Path: HKCU\Printers\Connections\,,PL1i-PSR01.dynatrace.org,FR1i-PRN17   with result NAME NOT FOUND
Does anyone know how to fix it ?
Thank you in advance for any clues

Regards,
Adam
