I have client PC's and a Print server in Domain A. User accounts reside in domain B, which is a trusted domain (one way trust)
Domain B users log into clients in domain A and cannot add printers if they browse the list by selecting 'Find a printer in the directory' - They get an error 'Unable to add the printer connection. Double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected to the network'.
If they select a printer manually and type in the full printer path i.e. '\\printsvr\printer' then it works fine.
Users accounts we have in Domain A work fine, its only users fro the other domain that have this issue.
Clients are windows 7, and printer server is server 2008 R2.
