Adding Print Server Role throws error 0x800f0922

Hi all.

1.  I installed the Print Server Role on my Server 2012R2 box.
2.  Under Print Server properties I removed all groups, and added: All Application Packages, Creator Owner, and a custom security group with Print, Manage Printers, Manage Documents, View Server, and Manage Server permissions.
3. I uninstallled the Print Server role.
4. Reboot.
5. I tried to reinstall the Print Server role, and it throws this error: 0x800f0922.

Any ideas?  Thanks.
