Issue with HP Universal Print drivers version PCL 5 (v5.1) on windows server 2000

Users able to print their document from the printer using HP Universal Printing PCL 5 (v5.0) driver previously. Now the driver is upgraded to HP Universal Printing PCL 5 (v5.1).Users are unable to print their document from the printer. Can some help on providing resolution steps on this...
