I've prepared a PDF with more detailed info located here.
In short I have two separate Environments running Windows 2008 R2 x64 on VMWare that causes abnormally slow printing times. It doesn't matter what brand or model printer we use, or what driver. Printing times are around 8 minutes for a 6 page document of 1,4MB.
First thing I did was to untick "render on client computer" but it did virtually nothing.
I've tried to be as elaborate as I can about prerequisities and test setup in the PDF. I'd be ever so greatful if anyone took the time to read it and maybe come up with some kind of relation or suggestion that I haven't thought of.
