Windows Server 2008 Print Queues

My 2 print servers are set up in a clustered environment.  I continually have print jobs stick in the queues, in a deleting state.  The only way I can remove them is by restarting the print spooler.  This is unacceptable, as my users lose connection for 20-30 minutes while the spooler restarts.  Both of my print servers have easily 150 to 200 printers each, and this affects a very large number (1000's) of users.

Is there anyway to remove these jobs without restarting the spooler?  I have looked all over Technet and have been unable to find any reference to removing the jobs that doesn't involve restarting the spooler.
