Only Domain User Cannot Print

Hi!

Has anybody faced such a problem where the local administrator on a windows 7 domain connected pc can print on the locally connected USB Printer but the domain user which is also added in the local administrator group can't print. Tried reinstalling the printer but same problem. There is no error message and the print queue shows the printout just for 1 sec and then disappears. There is no restriction from Domain Group Policy.

Any Suggestions?
