Job shows up and goes away nothing prints

I have 2 users, that no matter what computer, or printer they're on, they can not print. I watch the job go into the queue, it says 'paused' then disappears but nothing prints. I look at the event log on the print server, and the user name shows up as system, then nothing happens. Usually the user's name shows up in the event log when the document prints. I have deleted and recreated the user account. Not a GPO problem because there are thousands of other users that print no problem. Tried adding the specific user to the specific queue on the print server, still nothing. Only two people!!??
