users that are connected to 2012 r2 terminal server to some servers and to printers via a print server are stoping to print PDF files very often. other documents keep printing when this happens.
removing the printer from the RDP and reinstalling is solving the problem for a while.
tryied to use Adobe Acrobat of Foxit didnt make any differance.
all servers are 2012 R2 (file servers, Print server, Terminal server) all are under Vmware VMs
Any Ideas?
