Why is the Location in Print Server Windows 2012 empty? How to populate?

Hi,

I am currently setting up a new Windows 2012 Print Server.  Our current Windows 2008 Print Server have locations listed when you browse like this (See picture)

But my new Windows 2012 Print Server location is empty like this (see picture below)

How can locations show up on my new Windows 2012 print server?  Thanks!
