I manage a Windows domain with small business server 2008. Client PCs are all The problem is that the user's default printer on their PC keeps resetting itself. This happens not only at login but while they are logged in and working. For one user I've set the default printer to a Lexmark 460dn in her office in Devices and Printers and checked a few hours later and it was back to another printer it had been at before I changed it to the Lexmark. But she can go to print aFor another user, she changes the printer to the lexmark local printer when he goes to print out the document and it won't stick, it immediately changes itself back to a printer in another office.
Network printers are deployed via Group Preference. None of those printers are set as the default. No users have admin rights on their PC.
Anyone have an idea what is going on here?
